Rules for using NoFakeBiz — and where related policies live.
This hub is not a finished attorney-certified Terms of Service. It states what members agree to in principle and links documents that already exist. Counsel review is recommended before treating any legal page as final.
1. Agreement
By creating a membership or using NoFakeBiz, you agree to follow the platform’s published rules: accountable participation, lawful use, no bots or disposable theater, and respect for other members’ public identities and safety.
Registration requires acceptance of the policies listed on the registration form. Where a linked policy page is still a draft or planned, this hub says so — we do not invent finished legal text.

3. Core rules (summary)
Until a full Terms of Service document is published, these principles govern use:
- Accountable membership — represent yourself and your entities truthfully; no aliases as membership identity.
- One account, clear public layers — do not impersonate others; act as the identity that should own the action.
- No bots / automated abuse — disposable and automated registrations are prohibited.
- Lawful content — no threats, fraud, doxxing, illegal content, or harassment.
- Fair visibility — do not attempt to buy or fake organic trust; labeled promotion (when offered) is separate.
- Platform integrity — we may restrict or close accounts that undermine security, spam controls, or these rules.
