1. Who we are

2. Scope

3. What we collect

At registration

Typically: preferred language; name; gender; email; phone; geographic placement (continent through county); city, street address, ZIP/postal; password (stored protected); Terms acceptance; anti-bot checks as needed.

We do not require passport, national ID upload, driver’s license scan, SSN/tax ID, biometrics, or selfie matching to create a membership account.

After you use the platform

Depending on features: profile and identity content you provide; optional fields (e.g. religion on an identity); phone confirmation status if you complete SMS verification when available; technical logs for security and operation; communications you send to us.

6. Sharing and processors

We share personal data only as needed to operate the service (e.g. hosting, email delivery, SMS providers when phone confirmation is configured).

If we use a third-party provider, we will identify that provider in this Privacy Policy (or an updated schedule linked from it).

We may disclose data if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

7. Retention

Current status — still being finalized.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law or necessary to protect service integrity and security. A detailed schedule will be published as this section is completed.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to membership data (including protected password storage and access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or complaint to a supervisory authority.

• Control certain public visibility settings for identities
• Request account deletion

Account deletion: When you delete your account, we aim to delete data we no longer need to keep. Some information may be retained only where required by law or necessary to protect the integrity and security of the service.

10. Children

The service is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law for creating an account without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect such data for membership.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date (and notice where appropriate).
