Sets product direction and institutional constraints: identity before engagement,
community over algorithms, truth over popularity, ownership over capture.
Design, engineering, and institutional writing are done by a small independent team
focused on a Digital Chamber of Commerce that can be trusted — not a media feed that sells attention.
