Every account begins with accountable membership on NoFakeBiz — the public platform for a Digital Chamber of Commerce. We collect only what we need for a secure membership record, local Chamber participation, and the integrity of the institution. Collecting information does not mean publishing it.
Every account starts as an individual membership. Before normal login, you must confirm your email — that shows you control the address you registered with. It is not passport or government-ID verification.

Preferred Language Required
The language we should use when communicating with you.
Why? The platform must know which language to use for the interface and member communications.
How to Enter? Choose from a dropdown list (e.g., English, French, Japanese).
2. Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions Agreement Required
Everyone abides by the same institutional rules.
Why? By agreeing, you acknowledge that you've read and accept our Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Disclaimer, Code of Conduct, Community Guidelines, and No Bots Policy.
What to Do? Carefully read and check the box to agree before proceeding.
3. Full Name
First Name Required
Your real first name used for your accountable membership record.
Why? Your name represents your membership and interactions. No aliases or nicknames are allowed.
How to Enter? Enter your real first name (e.g., John).
Middle Name Optional
Additional name information when it is part of how you are known.
Why? Optional — for members whose full name includes a middle name. Not used as government-document verification.
Last Name Required
Your real last name used for your accountable membership record.
Why? Completes an accountable membership record. We ask for responsible representation — we do not check government documents at join.
How to Enter? Enter your real last name (e.g., Doe).
4. Gender
Gender Required
Male · Female · Other — membership records, not a political questionnaire.
Why? Helps maintain accurate membership records, supports relevant product and communication routing, and enables aggregate statistics. It is not a political identity questionnaire or government identity verification.
Options: Male, Female, Other
5. Contact — Email
Email Address Required
Your primary login identifier and communication channel.
Why? Confirmed email is your unique login identifier. Used for login, communication, and password recovery.
No Username Needed: NoFakeBiz does not require a separate username.
Format: Must be valid and unique (e.g., user@example.com).
6. Address & Phone
Local Chamber placement: Your county acts as your primary local network starting point. Continent → country → state → county place you in local context. Collect ≠ publish.
Continent Required
Why? Starts geographic placement for Chamber and local network routing.
Country Required
Why? Membership location of record and country-level Chamber context. Also sets phone calling-code prefix on the form.
State / Province Required
Why? Regional placement within the country.
County Required
Why? Core local network unit on NoFakeBiz — primary local Chamber placement.
Phone Number Required
Essential for platform contact, recovery capability, and anti-abuse measures.
Why? Membership contact and recovery; anti-abuse. SMS confirmation may be available later in profile when configured — not automatic at join, not passport KYC.
How to Enter? National number without country code (prefix comes from selected country).
Visibility: Public display is separate — Collect ≠ publish.
City Required
Why? Human-readable location for membership and local context.
Street Address Required
Why? Membership location of record and ops integrity — not because it must be public, and not as government-ID verification.
How to Enter? Full street address (e.g., 123 Main Street).
P.O. Box Optional
Why? Optional — for addressing systems that use a P.O. Box.
Suite / Unit Optional
Why? Optional — apartments and business suites.
ZIP / Postal Code Required
Why? Completes the membership address record.
7. Membership Details — Password
Password Required
To protect your account.
Why? Required for secure account access. Stored with industry-standard hashing — administrators cannot read your password.
Requirements: At least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and a symbol (such as ! @ # $ %).
8. Security Verification
CAPTCHA Required
To reduce automated bot registrations.
Why? Protects the platform from spam and automated sign-ups.
How to Enter? Solve the simple question and enter the answer.
