Business Relationship Architecture Baseline v1.0

Status: Architecture Locked · 2026-08-09

Last architectural contract before implementation. Explains the institution; does not authorize schema or product code.

1. Purpose

The Business Relationship Infrastructure provides the institutional framework for conducting, documenting, and preserving business relationships through Business Records.

It does not replace real-world relationships. It provides their verifiable digital container on NoFakeBiz.

2. Scope (v1)

In: Business Relationship · Business Record · Parties · Roles · Invitation / Intent · Agreements · Milestones · Events · Evidence · Communication Context · Timeline.

Out: Payments · Escrow · Arbitration · Smart contracts · AI negotiation · External integrations · Legal enforcement.

3. Core Principles

B0 — Every business relationship conducted through NoFakeBiz exists within a Business Record.

B1 — A Business Relationship is the institutional / real-world relationship. A Business Record is its NoFakeBiz container.

B2 — Parties participate through Identities and Roles. Accounts never participate directly.

B3 — Marketplace discovers relationships. Business Records manage them.

Also: A Record may hold multiple Agreements or amendments over time. Evidence supports claims — it is not itself the truth judgment.

4. Standing Rule

Business Relationship Infrastructure must never duplicate relationship ownership outside the Business Record.

One on-NFB relationship → one canonical Business Record.
