Your real last name used for your accountable membership record.

Why? Completes an accountable membership record. We ask for responsible representation — we do not check government documents at join.

Male · Female · Other — membership records, not a political questionnaire.

Why? Helps maintain accurate membership records, supports relevant product and communication routing, and enables aggregate statistics. It is not a political identity questionnaire or government identity verification.

Your primary login identifier and communication channel.

Why? Confirmed email is your unique login identifier. Used for login, communication, and password recovery.
No Username Needed: NoFakeBiz does not require a separate username.

Why? Starts geographic placement for Chamber and local network routing.

Country Required

Why? Membership location of record and country-level Chamber context. Also sets phone calling-code prefix on the form.

State / Province Required

Why? Regional placement within the country.

County Required

Why? Core local network unit on NoFakeBiz — primary local Chamber placement.

Phone Number Required

Essential for platform contact, recovery capability, and anti-abuse measures.

Why? Membership contact and recovery; anti-abuse. SMS confirmation may be available later in profile when configured — not automatic at join, not passport KYC.
How to Enter? National number without country code (prefix comes from selected country).
Visibility: Public display is separate — Collect ≠ publish.

City Required

Why? Human-readable location for membership and local context.

Street Address Required

Why? Membership location of record and ops integrity — not because it must be public, and not as government-ID verification.
How to Enter? Full street address (e.g., 123 Main Street).

P.O. Box Optional

Why? Optional — for addressing systems that use a P.O. Box.

Suite / Unit Optional

Why? Optional — apartments and business suites.

ZIP / Postal Code Required

Why? Completes the membership address record.

Password Required

To protect your account.

Why? Required for secure account access. Stored with industry-standard hashing — administrators cannot read your password.
Requirements: At least 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, number, and a symbol (such as ! @ # $ %).

CAPTCHA Required

To reduce automated bot registrations.
